You have a 30 -day free exchange and return policy on the products you order,
Pack the product to be returned into the corresponding package in which it was sent to you. In the event of a return, the customer is always responsible for the shipment of the products.
Products must be returned unused in their undamaged original packaging and must have all product labels in place.
According to the product return, attach a note stating the reasons for the return, a copy of the purchase receipt or your order number and contact information , so that we can contact you if necessary.
If you want to return the products and you have paid for your order with a credit card or directly from online banking, we will refund the value of your return to the payment card or account you used through the payment service provider.
The return of the product must be paid by the customer. Returns must be handled through Posti or Matkahuolto. The fee is determined by the service provider's valid price list.
Failure to pick up the package is not a refund. In such cases, we will charge a € 10 service charge.
If you want to exchange the product you bought for another product, send us the product you bought.
